We're on our way (kind of)!!!!

  Well, we signed the paperwork and the tenants moved in Thursday 1st Nov. We completely underestimated the amount of shit we have, so we're still moving stuff out! Luckily we have understanding tenants!
There's no concrete date for us to leave yet, we can make a decision later.
Ollie and Tilly have been upset a bit due to the upheaval, but I'm sure they'll get used to it.

We are steadily working towards our leave date of the end of September, but it's a fluid date, so we're not stressing. Brian is almost ready with the solar panel, roof top box, internet and inverter fitted. basically all that's needed now is creating all the storage we need - hooks and shelves etc, and there may be a problem with the fridge - so I'll take a look at that. We also need to get some gas. I think I will be adding some rear leaf spring assistors, as Brian has got a bit of a saggy bottom.

Welcome to Raychel and Tim's adventure blog. We are a couple who have decided that we have had enough of the daily grind and the lousy English weather. Although it has been quite nice recently!

We have decided to go on an adventure in our motorhome 'Brian'. We have a rough date of the beginning of November to start, when we will be off to Europe, with the intention of ending up in Greece, where we would like to settle down, at least for a long time, if not permanently. Firstly though, we need to tie up the lose ends of our life here in the UK, and that is not proving to be easy!!! We both have homes, one of which is rented out, and the other we intend to rent out. That in itself is proving difficult, because we have 2 households of stuff in one house to sort through. I also have stuff from my daughter to sort through. A daunting task. 

There is also a vast amount of paperwork to wade through with regards to the trip, Brian, the dogs, and personal stuff like wills etc. I will be renting my house furnished to avoid some work!
